ST JOHN FISHER CATHOLIC COLLEGE - TOILET REFURBISHMENT
ARNI were appointed in to review existing toilet facilities at St John Fisher Catholic College; make proposals for new facilities that address issues with maintenance, vandalism and bullying; procure contractors and oversee the refurbishment Works on site ready for the new academic year.
School toilets are traditionally 'enclosed' areas, creating opportunity for vandalism and bullying. The proposed open washroom areas provide a contemporary approach to school toilets, promoting anti-bullying. Cubicles are full height, giving pupils privacy, but wash areas are open off communal areas monitored by CCTV. ARNI specified robust and high quality Bushboard HiZone cubicles and solid surface Hydra washtroughs in school colours Cobalt and Yellow Glow to promote ownership amongst pupils and reduce vandalism.
It is hoped that the new school toilet cubicles and washroom areas are a big hit with pupils at St John Fisher Catholic College.
